Canon rehashing = No!

Rule of thumb for self: when writing an AU that is in danger of retreading significant canon ground, don't reread canon. You will just end up rehashing the whole thing without inserting enough of your own ideas.

(Lol I used the re- prefix three times there.)

Sadly, I am not writing Temeraire. Just plugging away at the Kuroko no Basuke/Madoka fic I wrote for Misdirection. -_- I just want to finish a longfic for once in my life!
