Dear Not Ready for Prime Time Writer,

Thank you so much for taking my request :)

I am pretty easy to please. I love humour, action, plot, no plot, romance, pron, gen, mystery, deathfic, Cthulu fic, everything! Almost anything goes! Any rating is okay! There is very little that fazes me. The only things that I am not too interested in is AU for the sake of AU. Don't get me wrong, I like AU and often write it myself, but I like to see a strong sense of purpose in it, not just a change of scenery for the sake of it. In general, I love it when an author has a strongly specific understanding of the world and/or characters, and is able to illuminate something about the source material that I didn't see or think of before. Or maybe they just make some ridiculous in-joke that only makes sense if you know the source material XD

Request: Locke and Sabin are both firmly connected to Edgar in-game, and I would love to see the two of them interact based on that connection. Maybe they can roast Edgar together? Or they can fill each other in on Edgar's dirty laundry? Or they can be more serious, or a mixture of silly and serious...up to you!

Hi, I read your Sabin&Locke prompt a few weeks ago while idly looking for stuff to treat and while I never got around to it, your amazing prompt stuck with me. Currently, for an ongoing JRPG fest, I'm planning 5 pieces of FFVI fanart focused on unusual party members interactions (like the Edgar&Locke and Celes&Strago fills I did for chocobox) and of course I thought about your Sabin&Locke idea. Would it be okay for you if I took inspiration for a fanart? I'd credit, of course, on AO3 where the fest is hosted and elsewhere. And anyway thanks for the mental image!
