You totally rock for writing this! I was really feeling the whole 'Usagi is going to be a dictator!' vibe you had going through her conversation with Ami. It was really freaky in the anime how everyone just kind of goes along that Usagi is going to be the supreme ruler of the whole world in Crystal Tokyo. You don't really find out what acts cause the world to be under the rule of one woman nor do you find out how Usagi matures into a person capable of being that ruler.
I remember the whole Chibiusa arc where you see Usagi and Chibiusa fighting like cats and dogs, and you wonder how does Usagi go from lazy , incompetent to ultra laid back and reserved. It doesn't really makes sense.
I loved your spin with DN though and how Kira could be one of the factors of a world gone wrong. You would have to think something serious would have had to happen to the whole world before anyone would go to the Sailorscouts for help.
