So I am pretty sure now that I’ve had long Covid symptoms on and off since March 2020. There were no tests available at the beginning of the pandemic, so I can’t be sure I had Covid at the time, but I did have a fever and a cough and was told to quarantine for two weeks. I’ve been feeling crappy since then. Never to the extent that you hear about in the news re: “long hauler syndrome,” but enough to make it hard for me to get back to work.
And now I have Covid again (body aches, fever, cough, etc.), which I can confirm with a positive test result this time. I may have gotten it while visiting the post-Covid recovery clinic to help me with my long Covid symptoms.
I am just going to stay in my room forever this time.
