Disgaea Anime!

The only thing I can say is that the graphics had better be better than the game's.
...okay, so there's more I want to say. Am a bit skeptical, since videogames tend not to translate all that well into TV form. Sure, Disgaea had great dialogue and characters and was the funniest thing ever, but the real fun was in playing the thing. Mmmm, insane battles and leveling up. And there's nothing quite like throwing prinnies for the first time and seeing the, er, consequences.
Come to think of it, most of the humour in Disgaea was derived from anime to begin with. What an incestuous little country, that Japan.
*cough* Actually, in truth I am not as pessimistic as I make myself out to be. The Star Ocean anime just embittered me a little. And I'm probably the last person alive to have heard about this Disgaea anime and no one cares anyway.
