You already get roughly 25% from guessing (no penalty for guessing), so getting another 30% isn't that hard! Lolz. You should be able to pass with flying colours.
Also, they made N1 more "communicative" compared to 1kyuu, so anyone who's lived in Japan for a while has an advantage. It seems easier than 1kyuu, IMO, since 1kyuu required you to get 70% and I think you had to get a minimum score in all the sections.
