I find the listening section is a bit of a crapshoot...on one of the practice tests I got something like 88%, and on another I got 50-something. -_- And of course during the actual test if someone rustles their test paper at the wrong time you might not hear the one word you need to hear to get the question right.

If you did well on listening it could very well get you a passing mark. I bet you $5 you passed!

Whoops! You're right, only the test answers are up for 3-kyuu. I guess the cheaters helpful people who scanned the tests couldn't get their hands on the 3-kyuu test.
