I think the book I'm using only covers the most common grammar points on the test, but I could be wrong. Anyway, it's kind of the no-brains-required 2-kyuu book. It has English translations, unlike a lot of the other books. It's called 日本語総まとめ問題集 if you want to check it out。I guess the 総まとめ means it covers everything, but someone told me it doesn't.
